The nasal irrigation system Neti Pot Set and Salt is designed to make nasal rinse easier to clean and sanitize. Are you suffering from a cold? After using this nasal irrigation for 2 or 3 days, you'll become a believer in simply washing out the gunk rather than relying on medication.

The nasal cleaner can withstand the dishwasher without melting or deforming the plastic, but hand-washing is recommended for more hygienic results. The wide-mouthed design makes it easy to prepare the saline solution, and the angled nozzle reduces the need to tilt your head as much as with alternative nose wash bottles. The sinus rinse bottle is made of BPA-free material, making it portable and suitable for a single nasal cleaning.

Finely ground salt is easy to dissolve and rinse the nose without any discomfort. Simply turn the nasal rinse upside down and press the button, and the water will flow gently through your nostrils.

To use the product, first wash your hands. Apply the Thermometer Sticker to the bottle, then fill it with lukewarm distilled or pre-boiled water up to the fill line. If the water temperature is close to body temperature, the sticker will show "OK"; otherwise, it will indicate if the water is too hot or too cold. Add a packet of nasal wash salt, tighten the cap and tube, and shake gently to dissolve the mixture.

Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to a comfortable level and tilt your head down, keeping your mouth open and not holding your breath. Place the cap snugly against your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth. Repeat this step for your left nostril.

WARNING: This product is not for use by children under 8 years of age. For safety, do not use tap or faucet water unless it has been boiled for at least 5 minutes and allowed to cool to lukewarm. Distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), or commercially bottled water are safer alternatives.

Do not use the product if your nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears. Consult your doctor before use if you've had ear or nose surgery in the past 6 months. If you experience severe ear discomfort during or after use, stop immediately and consult your doctor.

Do not blow your nose within 5 minutes after use. Gently squeeze out the water from the nasal cavity using a tissue, as blowing can increase pressure on the ears and cause discomfort. Limit the use of this product to no more than 5 minutes per session.

For children, guide them to use the product safely and reasonably, as they may be willing to cooperate with open-mouth breathing. Adults should not force children to use it, as that may lead to negative effects and lack of cooperation. It is recommended that adults learn how to use the Neti pot first, then guide children accordingly.

Clean the Neti pot after each use, following the instructions in the Owner's Manual.
